Project Management
It concerns the administrative, technical and financial management of the project. Coordination, communication with stakeholders, implementation of schedules and contracts, management and supervision costs, supply of materials, responsibility for implementing the design and proper construction of the project are undertaken during project management. It is a coordinating and consulting service that often involves the term of supervising. It concerns projects of significant importance and budgets so as to produce the triangle of the developer, the project manager and the contractor.
