Project’s Description
The new 4-star hotel will be built in Vasiliki and is intended for the customers of a wind surfing-themed resort. The design of the hotel aimed at maximising unobstructed views to the sea, reducing construction costs and maintaining the morphological characteristics of the architectural typology of the area. The basement is used as a space for auxiliary facilities, while the ground floor hosts common use areas (restaurant, lobby, breakfast area, bar, reception and rooms for disabled). On higher levels three different types of rooms are developed according to the parameters indicated by the EOT (Greek National Tourism Organisation) and the relevant regulations. The pool is located in the southern part of the land with an outdoor beach bar in closest proximity to the sea.
