Project’s Description
The building is constructed in a plot within the Corinth masterplan. It is a double-aspect lot, facing a high traffic volume road, therefore the ground floor is occupied by a retail component, while the residential component occupies the floors above, as is per the typology prevalent in the Greek urban environment. A pilotis defines the other facade which faces the calmer traffic road, housing the access ramp to the underground car parking. The flats are situated on the upper floors, in different sizes according to the owner and the land granter. The plot presents a narrow spot which is dealt with by placing the main access core in this position, serving all the building floors.
